Total Body Circuit* A combination of strength and cardio will be utilized during this total body workout by having you move station to station to help you build muscle and burn fat. A variety of equipment will be used to keep you moving throughout this circuit. *Total Body Circuit has a maximum limit of 20 people* Body SculptingThis is a great class to boost your metabolism; lean muscle requires more energy! A muscular strength and endurance workout that targets your major muscle groups. Class will use a variety of equipment to shape your arms, legs, chest, back, shoulders and abs. CORE CircuitEnhance your workout by learning how to engage your core, strengthen your lower back, and get those six pack abs while moving through different exercises in a circuit format. Focus on proper breathing while we take you through 30 minutes of core work that will improve your posture, workout, and everyday life.20/20Similar to Body Sculpting, 20/20 focuses on 20 minutes of strength training for the lower body, and 20 minutes for the upper body. Each week different equipment will be used including BOSU's, gliding discs, free weights, and body bars.Cardio DrillTake your cardiovascular fitness to a new level with this easy-to-follow but INTENSE workout designed for both men and women. This is an interval class that incorporates athletic-based drills. There is no complex choreography or fancy dance moves to follow- just a hard-core workout! Class may go outdoors when weather is permitting. Total Body ToningSimilar to Body Sculpting, Total Body Toning will give you a complete strength-training workout utilizing a combination of exercise equipment. Come join us for great music and great fun. Triple Play Here's a creative class that will get your heart pumping and muscles fired up! It's structured into three parts: 4 minutes of basic cardio, followed by 3 minutes of leg work and 2 minutes of upper body work. This triple cycle is repeated until the cool down period. Abdominal exercises will follow if time allows. Pilates Create a firmer, sleeker body without the bulk. This slow-paced mat format focuses on firming and strengthening the core muscles. Some of the many benefits include improving posture, providing flexibility, relieving stress and toning muscles. This class is suitable for beginners and advanced students by offering many levels for modification. Let the rejuvenation begin. Turbokick A fast-paced, intense kickboxing workout where you'll be zig-zagging your way to great looking abs and legs! Great music and choreography add to the fun and excitement of the class. Get ready to burn some serious calories! Yoga This class is designed to tighten and tone your entire body, enhance balance, improve flexibility and build core strength by combining traditional fitness training, focused breathing and strength building through yoga poses. The result is a mind-body workout that improves health, athletic performance, and mental acuity in people of all ages and fitness levels. Jump, Pump, & Pilates This combination class will incorporate 20 minutes of cardio to get your blood pumping, 20 minutes of sculpting to engage muscle activity to create a toned physique, and finish up with 20 minutes of Pilates to strengthen your core and improve flexibility. Join us for a total body workout with this class! Winter Sports Conditioning This cross training class combines cardiovascular exercises to raise your heart rate and burn calories, plus resistance exercises to tone and sculpt your muscles. Join us for a new variety of exercises each week to vary your intensity and boost your metabolism.
